Pathologists in Cambodia

In september this year 5 young cambodian doctors finished their pathology training, after a four-year learning. After passing a two-day-exam with an oral and a written part they are now the first pathologists with a cambodian board certification.

Their training was supervised by Prof. Dr. Vathana Serey Chhut, who invited several experts from other countries to do multiple workshops in Cambodia. Furthermore, the training was accompanied by a weekly skype session using presentations on iPath. At the end of their training the young doctors went for internships in Germany, the Netherlands and they will go to Japan, Autralia and France at the end of this year.
